1. Initial Consult and Assessment
Video Consultation

A FREE video call without any strings attached and no commitment so we can determine if we are both a good fit.

Determine your baseline level of current fitness. We will do this by looking into your past experiences, what you currently do for activity, what you feel like your strengths are, and areas you feel like you may need to work on.

Discuss goals and how we can best implement training into your life.
Movement Assessment

Achieve a deeper understanding of your movement to help guide us towards prescribing the appropriate exercises for you.

Not only can we use your training as an assessment, but we will also regularly assess to see what type of changes we have made.
2. Individualized Program

I will take all the information we discussed together and use it to create the initial stages of your training regimen.

After you gain access to the online training app and take the time to look through the program, we can go over any questions you may have. The app is very intuitive and easy to use.

Each phase of the program is catered to your assessment, as well as your lifestyle and training goals.


3. The Training

You will dive right into the program, logging in any information required, such as weights, reps, and any comments you may have.

This is where the active coaching process is most effective, as we will have biweekly video call catch ups where we can either use them as a coaching session or a general Q&A.

Any adjustments made will be based on how effective our communication is together. This will be extremely helpful towards your progress!

Your performance along the way will be used to give you the best possible scenario to adapt and evolve.

You will have access to me via the training platform for any feedback throughout the program to ensure that you are completely satisfied and to get the most out of it, making sure you are achieving the results that you desire.
